Keywords – blocking campaigns from appearing next to keywords

Keywords can be blocked at an account level, the block will apply to all campaigns in the account.

Your account manager can upload the keywords for you.

Please note:

Keywords must appear in the URL, title or article

We block your ad if we see the specified keyword in the URL, title or body text of the article.

Keyword blocking does not apply on Apple News publishers.

Keywords should be carefully considered

Be careful what words your list includes as a wide list can affect campaign delivery. For example, “services” may refer to the military or it may refer to other “services” which will appear in many articles unrelated to the military.
